Delivery
We aim to send all items in stock within 2 working days of receiving your order for next day delivery.
Some items are sent directly from the supplier so delivery can be up to 14 days, we will keep you updated on delivery dates. Artwork has a delivery of approximately 4 to 5 weeks, unless we have the artwork in stock.
Delivery prices are free over £100, excluding Artwork and Mirrors. They have to use a specialist delivery service and will have a £30 charge.
Automatic updates will be given on the arrival of your parcel from our courier service, so please ensure a correct mobile number is given to enable them to do so. If you require any special instructions for your delivery, please email sales@sophielouiseinteriors.com or provide in the notes at checkout.
Please ensure you enter your address, postcode, email address and mobile number correctly, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect information.
Returns
We at Sophie Louise Interiors really hope that you are happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy which means you have to return the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original undamaged packaging. You must be responsible for the safe return including cost of postage. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged. Please ensure order number is included.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@sophielouiseinteriors.com. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of being received.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please make sure you contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please take a clear photo of the damaged goods and packaging and send to sales@sophielouiseinteriors.com stating your order number.
If damaged items are not reported within the timeframe we cannot accept responsibility, nor will our supplier or courier compensate.
Once the item has been reported to us, we will inform whether the item can be disposed or collected and arrange for a replacement where necessary.
